With the Clara 450 and Clara 750, Alfa Laval has once again pushed the boundaries of separation technology, taking our existing bottom-fed, hermetic design to the next level. These new models combine our latest innovations for improved energy efficiency, increased separation performance and higher product quality to bring customers a top-of-the-line separation solution for top-of-the-line wines. Wineries in the mid-size market will find a perfect capacity fit in the Clara 450, while high-volume producers can turn to the Clara 750.
